Differences between "Finished Product Engraving" and "Production Engraving"
There are two types of name engraving: "Finished Product Engraving" and "Production Engraving," with different delivery times.
Finished Product Engraving is where we engrave directly onto already completed products. If in stock, delivery typically takes 1 to 2 weeks.
On the other hand, Production Engraving is required for products where, due to their structure, the engraving must be done on the parts before assembly. Since the product is made from scratch, it takes approximately 2 months from order to delivery.
Whether a product falls into either category is indicated on each product page. If you want to receive it by the new fiscal year or are considering it as a gift for graduation or a new job, we recommend checking early.
Some products cannot be engraved.
Products made with limited materials (such as bridle leather, cordovan, etc.) or in limited colors are generally not eligible for name engraving. Also, some products are not compatible due to structural reasons.

To ensure a smooth ordering process, please confirm the following 5 points in advance:
- The engraving position is fixed for each product. We have chosen the position that best showcases the engraving, considering design and usability, so please check each product page.
- Strings cannot be two lines. It is best to decide on the content to be engraved in advance so that it fits on one line.
- If all characters are capitalized, the maximum is 9 characters. If only the first character is capitalized, up to 12 characters can be entered, which is recommended if you are concerned about the number of characters.
- Cancellations and returns are not accepted after engraving. Please double-check for any spelling errors or incorrect character counts before placing your order. If it's a gift, it's a good idea to confirm the recipient's name in Roman letters beforehand.
- Payment is by credit card or ID payment only. As name engraving is a custom order, cash on delivery is not available.
