Shipping, Customs & Import Duties

For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes, VAT (Value Added Tax), and customs clearance or handling fees that may be imposed on your order are the responsibility of the customer (importer). We are unable to determine or guarantee the exact amount of customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or customs clearance fees that may be charged in the destination country or region. These charges may be collected by the shipping carrier or local customs authorities upon delivery or during the customs clearance process.

If you refuse to pay any customs duties, import taxes, or other applicable charges, or if your order is returned to us due to refusal of delivery, prolonged absence, or other reasons attributable to the recipient, we will refund the purchase price after deducting any return shipping costs, original and return shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, and any other costs charged to us by the shipping carrier or relevant authorities.

If the total costs incurred for the return exceed the purchase price of the order, we may charge you for the difference.
